If the investors are ever going to get into a project like this again, they also need to make the profits they were expecting.
There are ways you can save on watching your favorite movies, especially if you rent from Redbox or use a monthly subscription service. Depending on your house and the sound system you have set up, you can get a very nice quality viewing experience, even if you don't watch it in the theaters. Besides that, you can save on the ticket price and bring all the snacks you want for a much lower price!
The monthly subscription services require you to have Internet access, but if you're an avid movie watcher, you're still saving quite a bit, especially at $8 a ticket in the theater. As they update their movie selections often, you'll probably be able to view a new movie just a couple months later. The best part is that you can watch these on all kinds of mobile devices such as tablets, laptops and smartphones.
It's worth paying the theater ticket prices once in a while to experience the whole atmosphere they provide. Seeing Superman fly right at you and through buildings is just something fantastic in 3D and you can't really replicate that in your house. Save up for a family outing and make it a regular event because it makes great family memories. It doesn't matter what the ticket price is when movies provide such a relaxing getaway from long days, no matter what the ticket price might be at the time.
